Orange Attitude is an optimistic, enthusiastic and open approach to innovation and creation. Orange combines the energy of red and the happiness of yellow. Orange promotes shared positive emotional energy, such as compassion, passion, and warmth. Orange boosts aspiration, helps decision making and stimulates mental activity. Orange is the color of sunrise, symbolizing the potential and beauty of the day. Orange is associated with autumn and the communal celebration of bounty, results and accomplishments. It is also the color of sunset, lulling our minds to sleep so that we can absorb the activity of the day and rest and renew to face another day.
ABOUT ME
Stefan Patashvili - Senior Product Designer with a background in Banking, Fintech, Security, Telecommunications and Luxury. One of my superpowers is the ability to simplify and arrive at elegant design solutions to some of the most complex problems. Another is distilling user insights to drive product decisions in order to create business value at scale. My third strength is the ability to apply high visual polish to anything I touch, while having fun building awesome products. My contribution to Wells Fargo's native mobile application improved Wells Fargo J.D. Power rankings from last in 2020 to the top 3 in 2022. I believe that design has the power to transform businesses and communities for the better. I’m looking for a position at a successful and innovative company that empowers its customers and employees.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
I love hypothesizing and testing creative solutions for complex problems. I follow a flexible creative process that allows for the chaos of exploration, yet with enough structure to keep on track. I obsess over details, usability, visuals, and efficient execution.
I strive to understand users’ needs and problems through empathy and research, and craft solutions to meet those needs. I focus on recognizing opportunities for creation of user-centered value.
Design must be grounded in reality and driven by user-centered research. Every step, element, and pixel must have a purpose and align with business goals. From user and competitive research to testing, I gather and evaluate data to inform design decisions.
I build relationships through open and candid communication. I bring a considerate, positive, open-minded attitude to the table. I love bouncing around ideas and considering alternative perspectives to fuel the continuous process of iteration.
